Summer Yoga on Singing Beach with Mary Hart • Register • View Cart •

Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga- This life affirming, breath centered class sculpts the body with classical poses and core challenging movements. Set an intention to deepen your practice this summer on the most beautiful beach on the North Shore. 
** Please note this class requires two beach towels, water-bottle, appropriate glasses and sunscreen. Non MBTS residents will be given a car placer for the their cars. The placer will only be permittable during class times and days.
